Spacious room, delightful breakfast, with a lovely floor-to-ceiling window in the double bedroom that filled the space with natural light and provided a cozy atmosphere, complemented by the welcoming staff who ensured my stay was pleasant while also being conveniently located near fantastic restaurants and a bus route to explore the area.

This charming oasis truly surprised us! The Georgian architecture is stunning, and our Plush Double room was plush indeed, featuring a fabulous shower and sumptuous bed. Each morning, Delia's breakfast was the highlight, freshly cooked and delightful. The location allowed easy access to Dublin's treasures, making our stay enchanting. Can't wait to return!

I had a fantastic stay, enjoying the amazing breakfast and friendly staff who were always eager to help. The hotel’s proximity to serene St Stephens Green and vibrant Grafton Street made my weekend strolls utterly delightful.

The staff's friendliness was a consistent highlight, making every interaction pleasant, from check-in to check-out. Daily offerings, including healthy breakfasts and a delightful selection of cheese rolls, elevated the stay. However, navigating the busy streets nearby required some care, and while the location was great, occasional noise from outside detracted somewhat from the tranquility.

The cozy common areas, especially the sunken living room by the fireplace, made us feel right at home. However, the room we stayed in could benefit from better sound insulation, as we occasionally heard noise from the hallway.

Number 31 provided an exceptional experience during my business trip. The staff were highly accommodating, assisting with all my needs, including arranging a meeting space and ensuring my presentation materials were ready. The breakfast offered a delightful selection, with fresh fruit and homemade pastries that were perfect for fueling a busy workday. Additionally, the location was ideal, within a pleasant walking distance to many key business areas and restaurants.

I had an incredible stay! The breakfast was a work of art, especially Delia’s famous cranberry loaf. Also, the plush bedding made it hard to get out of bed. We really appreciated the lovely marble bathroom, too.

Each morning began with a delightful breakfast crafted by Delia, featuring freshly brewed coffee and mouth-watering egg dishes. The warm smiles from the staff made it even better.

While the location was close to attractions, the noise from the street at night disrupted our sleep. A soundproof room would have been perfect.

I was charmed by the beautifully landscaped gardens, offering a peaceful oasis amidst the vibrant city, and the vintage decor of the common areas was inviting and easy to navigate for someone of my age.

My friends and I had an awesome time visiting the National Gallery of Ireland and Trinity College. The staff were fantastic, and the breakfast was top-notch. Be sure to try the fresh fruit and homemade breads. The location is perfect for exploring nearby galleries and theatres.

Our rooms were in the mews and had a slightly musty smell. The bathroom layout was odd, with one of the sinks blocked by the toilet.

The unique Art Deco theme and cozy sunken sofa in the reception were standout features. The garden area was a lovely bonus for lounging. I also enjoyed the quirky communal areas that added to the hotel’s charm!

In my wife’s opinion, the stairs were a bit daunting for our group. A lift option would be great for families with little ones in tow.
